Butterfly Card...

This is my favorite of my most recent cards I have made. This has a lot of the new products used on this card...
I used the Beautiful Butterflies Big Shot die that is exclusive to SU and layered it on the front. I stamped the top image with the Fresh Cuts stamp in Baja Breeze on Baja Breeze cardstock then I just used 3 silver brads for the body. The top of the card is the Parisian Breeze DSP and the bottom is chocolate chip and it is embossed with the SU exclusive texturz background plate for the Big Shot. I spritzed it lightly with water so the impression would be a little more deeper. I just topped it off with chocolate chip grosgrain ribbon. I got it this far and left it as is....I just loved it the way it is...hope you do, too!!

Heartfelt Thanks

Under Construction.....

I am working on my blogs to figure out what will be the easiest way to keep up with all of them and to let you enjoy everything without having to go here and there and jump from one blog to another. So, I am working to link them together (I have figured out the links on the top...see??!!!!) and not break up my creations and have them spread out all over the place. Please be patient with me...once I get it all figured out and up to par...I will be posting my creations....and more videos again (I want my videos to all be in one place so I have to create a new blog for them to make them be on a new page....not as easy as I thought it should be but I will get it...)
Thanks for your patience and hang in there...I am working on it.
....Sharon :)

Baby Girl Announcement

I made this out of the Big Shot Bigz scallop circle, the exclusive SU Birds and Blooms die set and the scallop circle punch. I used whisper white, basic black and pretty in pink cardstock. Inks used were whisper white and pretty in pink (craft). The sentiment is from the Many Merry Messages set and the wheel was So Swirly and I also used clear embossing powder, white gel pen, pretty in pink grosgrain ribbon, spiral punch, ticket corner punch, crimper and stampin' dimensionals.

Lovely As A Tree

Ok, this really is not a new card (for those of you that look at my other blog) but it is all SU products so I thought I would put it on here (for those of you that do not look at my other blog!).
I used Going Gray, Basic Gray and Basic Black cardstocks for these cards.
The first card, I stamped in versamark and heat embossed with clear embossing powder and then sponged Whisper White craft ink all over the stamped image. After I got my desired effect, I took a paper towel and wiped the excess ink off of my stamped images. I added some Basic Gray taffeta ribbon and thought it made a very simple pretty card.
The second card, I stamped with versamark and heat embossed with silver embossing powder. I accented with silver brads and black 1/4" grosgrain ribbon. I finished it off with a stamped sentiment from Heard From the Heart stamp set.
Both very simple and easy to make!!

Free Catalog Promotion!!

Order online through my website and get a free Spring/Summer 2009 Idea Book and Catalog for every order placed online from February 1st through April 30, 2009 or for the first 22,000 orders are placed, whichever comes first. I have a link to my website at the top on the left.

Project Recipes

For those of you who have catalogs, and for those of you about to receive them....Stampin' Up! has changed the catalog layout with this catalog. Usually in the back of the catalog they had the entire list of projects in the catalog with the recipes for the projects listed by the page number you could find them on. They have omitted that from this catalog to save money and make room for other items....like the Big Shot items and the Decor Elements line of products. They will, from now on, have the recipes for the projects in all of the catalogs-minis and full catalogs-listed on the website. I have posted a link on the left for you all to click on to make it easier to find.

Me.....

Hi, my name is Sharon. I thought maybe you would like to know a little bit about me.....starting with my nickname....Mrs. Lumpy......sounds funny and took some getting used to, but it's quite simple....my husband got the nickname of Lumpy some years ago. Therefore, I am Mrs. Lumpy!
Quick trip into my personal life: I am the youngest of 9 children. I have six sisters and two brothers whom I adore. My Mom will be 83 in February of this year (2009) and we lost our Dad to cancer in November of 1994. That was the hardest thing I have ever endured in my life.
I am married (first...and only....time). I got married on my parents 48th wedding anniversary, November 26th. I have been married for 17 years and we have, I think, successfully raised his two children from his first marriage. We have Adam, 24, Trina, 21 (in March '08) and Trina has given us 2 beautiful grand daughters, Jayde, who is 18 months old this month and Avery who was just born January 16th. Oh, and I cannot forget my little dog, Riley. He is a 5 year old Maltese and the love of my life!!
I love to scrap and that is how my blog came to be. I want to share my cards and items I have made. I also do some decorative painting.
I re-joined Stampin' Up to further my addiction to paper crafts. This site is dedicated to my Stampin' Up! business and creations. I have another blog that is for other creations made with items that is not dedicated to Stampin' Up!. I have a link to that on my sidebar if you are interested and want to take a peek at that one, too.
I really am not going to bore you with many more details....hope you all enjoy this site and my creations!
